Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZAZA Academy, we value fairness and transparency.
1. Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date. No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
2. Missed Classes
Missed classes are not refundable. Replays will be made available whenever possible.
3. Program Cancellation
If ZAZA Academy cancels a cohort for any reason, a credit will be issued for the following cohort.
