Welcome to ZAZA Academy. By enrolling a child in any ZAZA Academy program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Description
ZAZA Academy provides online financial education programs designed for children ages 5 to 16. Our programs include live online classes, recorded replays, worksheets, and educational materials.
2. Enrollment & Access
Enrollment grants access only for the duration of the selected program. Access to class recordings and materials is limited to enrolled families. Materials may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed without written permission from ZAZA Academy.
3. Parental Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising their child's participation and ensuring a safe learning environment during online sessions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, lessons, worksheets, and branding are the property of ZAZA Academy and are protected by copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZAZA Academy provides educational content only and is not responsible for individual financial outcomes or decisions made by families.
6. Changes to Services
ZAZA Academy reserves the right to update program content, schedules, instructors, or materials as needed.
7. Parent Consent & Child Participation Agreement
By enrolling my child in ZAZA Academy, I confirm that: • I am the legal parent or guardian of the enrolled child. • I give permission for my child to participate in online learning sessions. • I understand sessions may be recorded for educational and replay purposes. • I agree that my child will participate respectfully and appropriately. • I acknowledge that ZAZA Academy provides educational content, not financial advice.
8. Code of Conduct
ZAZA Academy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Expectations for students and parents: • Be respectful to instructors and fellow students • Use appropriate language and behavior • Follow instructor guidance • Do not disrupt learning sessions • Do not share inappropriate or offensive content ZAZA Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct, without refund.

ZAZA Academy provides financial education for learning purposes only. We do not offer financial, legal, or investment advice. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for financial decisions made within their households.
